About us


Since its inception in 2003, Sirha Omnivore has been exploring contemporary cuisine through its publications, guide and events in France and abroad.

The "Food Festival" was launched in 2006, with the aim of showcasing young local and international cuisine, in a gymnasium in Le Havre. It quickly took off in Deauville, before moving to Paris in 2011.

In 2012, following its merger with the GL events group, Sirha Omnivore launched Omnivore World Tour, the first global cuisine festival to bring together international chefs and resident chefs, with stops in Shanghai, New York, Moscow, London, Mexico City, Istanbul and Montreal.

Driven from the outset by the values of transmission and sharing, Sirha Omnivore has highlighted the work and careers of more than a thousand chefs, craftsmen, pastry chefs and bartenders, and revealed hundreds of personalities from the world of the restaurant industry.

In 2020, Sirha Omnivore became part of the Sirha Food brand and digital ecosystem, whose mission is to inspire the world of food service and hospitality, to be at the forefront of influences, to understand the world in motion, and to report on it in order to better support the market and its players. With this new partnership, the Sirha Omnivore festival confirms its position as a meeting place for professionals in the catering, cooking and food sectors.
