The festival

Since its creation in 2003, Omnivore has been exploring contemporary cuisine. 

The festial was launched in 2006, with the aim of showcasing young local and international cuisine, in a gymnasium in Le Havre, before moving to Paris in 2011. 
In 2012, following its merger with the GL events group, Omnivore launched Omnivore World Tour, with stops in Shanghai, New York, Moscow, London, Mexico City, Istanbul and Montreal. From the outset, Omnivore has been driven by the values of transmission and sharing, highlighting the work and careers of over a thousand chefs, artisans, pastry chefs, bartenders and hundreds of personalities from the world of catering. 

In 2020 Omnivore became Sirha Omnivore and take part of the Sirha Food brand and digital ecosystem, whose mission is to inspire the world of food service and hospitality, to be at the forefront of influences, to understand the world in motion, and to report on it in order to better support the market and its players. With this merger, the Sirha Omnivore festival confirms its position as a meeting place for professionals in the catering, cooking and food industries.

The public's access to the venue will stop 30 minutes before the closing of the festival.

ACCESS CONDITIONS
  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited for those under the age of 18 (potential chef of official identity document).
  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose behavior is likely to affect their own safety or that of others.
  • Our animal friends are not accepted. An exception is made for guide dogs and dogs in training.
